Going Down Down Down

As you can see from the photo last week a great week. Anytime I drop just a tiny bit of weight is a great week. What did I do? I ate my points and just a few weekly points! I had all kinds of fresh fruits, veggies, whole grains...you know all the good for you stuff. But I also had some pizza, half a burger, and even some fries toped of by Weight Watchers chocolate strawberry ice cream bar. What I did not do? Exercise for at least 3 days. I will bet there guys. It will continue to be at the top of my goals list until I am consistent with it. Once i am consistent with working out weekly I incorporate P90X like I talked about earlier. What I learned? That if I stay within my points target and eat mostly food from the Good Healthy Guide Lines I will see results. This week’s goals! 1). Drink 8 cups of water 2). Eat plenty of veggies 3). Exercise 3 days this week.
