First Weigh In on Blogger

So here is this week’s weigh in. Well not officially. I weighed in yesterday 7/14 @ 266.6 but forgot to take a pic so this morning I stepped on the scale and it was a little lower so I’m still sticking with yesterday's weight for the week. This comes after a 12 pound weight gain while on vacation and my cycle. Officially i'm down 10.4 pounds. I would never expect to drop so much weight 1 one week but I this this was kind of special circumstances What I did this weekI ate all my points! And just a few activity points! I did 20 minute workouts over 2 days. And I even had a little to drink. Mike's Hard Lemonade has a lite line! Only 2PP for you Weight Watchers out there. My goal for this week is to stay OT, workout 3 days, and to make a list of goals. I would like to pick one goal to work on at a time so that I keep the weight loss journey healthy and realistic.
